Please review our strict policies regarding product returns and replacements.

Strict No Return / No Exchange Policy

Once a product is delivered, we do not accept returns under any normal circumstances, nor do we offer product exchanges. Returns are exclusively reserved for the severe quality or safety issues listed below.

Damaged or Destroyed

If the product or medicine inside the packaging is physically destroyed, crushed, or damaged beyond use upon opening.

Contaminated Food

If you find insects, mold, or any form of severe contamination inside a freshly opened bag of pet food or treats.

Expired Products

If a medicine, supplement, or perishable product is delivered to you past its official expiry date.
